To really engage your inner thighs, remember to squeeze the pillow firmly in between your thighs through the exercises. \r<br>\r<br>You can also perform this workout in the gym using a weighted medicine ball. \r<br>\r<br>Exercises:\r<br>1) Pillow Pass\r<br>2) Crunches\r<br>3) Reverse Crunches\r<br>4) Ab Circle\r<br>5) Hip Bridge\r<br>\r<br>Sequence: 10 Intervals (20secs Workout - 10secs Rest)\r<br>Total Time: 5 minutes (2 sets)\r<br>Best Results: Do this workout 3 to 4 times weekly on alternate days.
